- Minimum 3 years experience in S4 implementation
- CRM Base Customization
- CRM Sales
- CRM Service
- Basic knowledge of CRM portfolio management
- CRM Web UI - Business Role Configurations, Transaction Launcher configuration, Webdynpro links integration with
- WebUI, IC web client configuration, ERMS rules set up, alerts rules, alert modeler
- Knowledge and Experience in Web UI enhancements, which include component enhancement, BADI implementations,
- CRM Events, BOL/GENIL, EEWB, AET Tools.
- CRM Middleware config and troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge of basic ABAP troubleshooting skills and Debugging
- FSM knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and ability to work directly with the client team/business/users independently
