We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to guide teams through an Agile transformation initiative. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement while aligning with organizational goals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and leadership to ensure the successful adoption and execution of Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation:
Serve as a servant-leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
Promote team self-organization, accountability, and ownership.
Transformation Support:
Act as a change agent to foster Agile adoption across the organization.
Collaborate with leadership to align team activities with organizational transformation goals.
Identify and address challenges to Agile adoption, including resistance to change.
Continuous Improvement:
Facilitate the identification and implementation of process improvements.
Monitor team performance using metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to drive insights and optimization.
Impediment Removal:
Proactively identify and remove obstacles to team progress.
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the team level.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Provide transparent updates on team progress, risks, and achievements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification; advanced certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in organizations undergoing Agile transformations.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and principles.
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence without authority and foster a collaborative environment.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with scaled Agile environments and organizational change management is preferred.
