Job Title - ServiceNow Developer

Required Skills and Experience:

• ServiceNow Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including but not limited to UI Builder, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.

• ITSM and ITOM Modules: Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, specifically IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

• ITOM Health and Service Mapping: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM Health and Service Mapping, with the ability to configure, monitor, and create service health dashboards.

• Sensogo Knowledge: Familiarity with Sensogo and its integration with ServiceNow is a plus.

• ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications, especially in ITOM, are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and implementing PMO applications on ServiceNow.
• Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
