Servicenow Engineer
We are seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. You will develop data governance standards, validate data accuracy, and create documentation. Reporting to the Vice President of End User Services, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to support integrations, gather data requirements, and implement platform changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and document data governance processes.
- Collaborate to create reports and support data governance initiatives.
- Identify and remove outdated data or functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and licensing standards.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- 6+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow base tables, ITSM modules, and CMDB.
- Understanding of ServiceNow licensing models and compliance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with LDAP and Active Directory.
