Skills and Qualifications
• Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow administration, patching, cloning, security.
• Strong technical skills, ability to scope, deploy, support and maintain enterprise applications.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working in a government environment with an understanding of a government’s
administrative processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s flow/workflow, ACLs, ITSM, ITBM, AppEngine. Experience with
other ServiceNow modules a plus.
Experience and Education:
• Minimum of 5 years as System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application
with thousands of users.
• Minimum of 2 years administering ServiceNow with admin level role.
• Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed, post high-school coursework from an
accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems, Business/Public
Administration, or a closely related field
