Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy
and drive impactful marketing initiatives. As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand
positioning and increasing market share.
2. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated marketing
campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional
advertising.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and
competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
4. Oversee the creation of compelling brand assets, including messaging, visual identity, and
creative content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
across all touchpoints and customer experiences.
6. Drive brand activation initiatives, including sponsorships, partnerships, and events, to enhance
brand visibility and engagement.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
