Sr. Infrastructure Operations Technician
This team is responsible for IT orders and distributing/shipping them accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management – this person will be responsible for inventory of IT Assets using IAM ServiceNow, Coupa and Myvuy (which includes shipping and receiving).
*The candidate does not need to know these systems beforehand, as the team will train.

• This department is a centralized shipping department, so the department physically receives inventory.
• This person will reconcile inventory, match records and receive equipment
Records Management/Customer Service – answering e-mails, connecting to site contacts about disposals, updating systems
• While working from home, the main goal is to ensure that the team members and associates onsite are taken care of. They are also responsible for addressing any concerns or escalations, when appropriate.
Requirements:
• The ability to use a pallet jack (required) and a shrink wrap machine (the team will train on how to use) The ability to lift equipment Shipping and Receiving experience Inventory experience Microsoft Office knowledge
• Microsoft Word (Correspondence/reports)
• Microsoft Excel (creating and updating spreadsheets; no need to know pivot tables, or v-lookups)
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
