- Identity and Access Management/ Identity Governance
- Saviynt or SailPoint IGA
- Operations and Incident Management
- Change Management.
- We are looking for a self-starter, experienced Saviynt engineer with an analytical mind and bias for action to design, develop, scale and maintain Identity and Access Management.
- Incident analysis and resolution of tickets escalated by the Level 2 support team.
- Manage IGA configurations and policies.
- Coordinate with vendor support team as needed to identify, troubleshoot for resolution of product issues related
- Resolution of high complexity incidents related to integrations with applications
- Co-ordinating with client team for change management and perform changes within the IGA platforms
- Co-ordinate and communicate with 3rd parties for resolution of Infrastructure issues
- Problem management and Root cause analysis for recurring and high complexity issues
- Enhancements support with up to xx hours of monthly support for enhancements
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and automations
