Title: IT Trainer
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of proven experience in curriculum development, training, and implementation, with a focus on adult learning and capacity-building.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Education, Public Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Advanced Degree (Master’s) in a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey
complex information.
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar certification is highly
preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with and influencing all levels of management
and staff.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse
audiences.
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, including
experience managing large-scale training initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt training approaches based
on data and feedback.
• Proficiency in training platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and related
technologies to support remote and in-person training sessions.
• Ability to work across multiple locations throughout South Dakota with flexibility and
adaptability to manage simultaneous projects in dynamic environments.
