Web Content Specialist

This role involves maintaining an intranet used for employee and dealer announcements, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a blend of content management experience, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders and offshore technical resources.

Responsibilities 

  •  
    • Manage content updates on the company's intranet using SharePoint, HTML, and JavaScript.
    • Administer daily announcements, page updates, and special content requests such as restructuring pages or adding tabs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure content is accurate, well-written, and aligns with brand guidelines.
    • Proof read and edit internal communications, focusing on clarity, grammar, and consistency with company branding.
    • Assist with the migration of content from HTML to Markdown, working closely with offshore resources.
    • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide monthly reports on engagement metrics.
    • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the offshore technical team to enhance site functionality and usability.


Requirements 

 

  • 7+ years of experience in content management, web development, or communications.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, and Markdown; experience with content management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to proofread and edit content.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other content performance tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
