Job Description
Onsite Electrical Engineer / HW Design Engineer (6 months contract)
Hardware component (PCB / ECU) design for gyro-stabilizing products in boats / marine industry as well as industrial electrical engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design & develop custom embedded hardware devices as well power electronics
- Work with contract manufacturer on developing factory acceptance testing
- Create and maintain documentation through development process including specificatins, test plans, circuit designs, schematics, PCB layout, etc
Must have
- 10+ years of experience in designing embedded hardware
- Prior circuit design / schematic capture, and PCB layout experience
- Altium Designer OR Altium 365 experience
Nice to have
Familiarity with permanent magnet motors, induction motors, and/or motor controls
