Job Title: System Application Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a System Application Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for our application systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support, working with ticketing systems, and troubleshooting application-related issues. This is an onsite role, requiring a hands-on approach to system maintenance, issue resolution, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical application systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Work with ticketing systems to track, document, and resolve incidents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in application/system support.
  • Hands-on experience in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a 100% onsite environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to databases, scripting, or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced support environment.
