Job Description:
We are seeking a System Application Specialist to provide L2/L3 support for our application systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT support, working with ticketing systems, and troubleshooting application-related issues. This is an onsite role, requiring a hands-on approach to system maintenance, issue resolution, and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical application systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Work with ticketing systems to track, document, and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT support experience, preferably in application/system support.
- Hands-on experience in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a 100% onsite environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to databases, scripting, or automation tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment.
