Job Title: Solarwinds IT Service Desk System Administrator.

This will be a potentially long contract position or a contract to hire.
Our manufacturing client in the Charleston, WV area has an on-site position with an awesome team to work with.
In this role you will be the Lead Help Desk Systems Administrator reporting to the Sr. Manager of IT Operations and participating in the following
  • Administration of the client's corporate Service Desk application, Solarwinds.
  • Manage the development and implementation of more in-depth ticketing processes and procedures
  • Lead process improvements and manage the systems processes, templates, reports, and documentation, especially around deployment and support of inventory of software, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Establish beginning-to-end processes and tracking of inventory from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Participate in reporting for audits
  • Work with all help desk leadership and technicians in WV, MI and CA.
  • Be familiar with Google GWS and ITIL
