Job Description

IT System Engineer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SCCM and Intune to create, customize, and deploy images for various devices, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility.
  • Manage and maintain Intune environment, including device configuration, application deployment, and compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design image configurations that meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement software deployment packages, ensuring efficient distribution and installation across the network.
  • Administer Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPO (Group Policy Object) configuration, and domain controller management.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to image deployment, software installation, and device management.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes through scripting (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to image management, device deployment, and IT infrastructure.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience 5-7+ years working with SCCM and Intune, including image creation, customization, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in software packaging and deployment methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory services and group policies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or VBScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    MUST: 5-7+ years working with SCCM and Intune, including image creation, customization, and deployment.
