Essential Functions

  • Maintain documentation of standard configuration for software applications
  • Upgrade installed software for bank servers.
  • Maintain and support the technical aspects of our help desk and call database.
  • Troubleshoot and repair server application operations.
  • Maintain network user accounts and sharing privileges.
  • Document and track asset information for application software.
  • Facilitate purchasing of approved network-related equipment and software.
  • Work with our multiple vendors, as needed.
  • Support Voice over IP communications network technical needs.
  • Assist with anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-malware and network security updates.
  • Administer the SharePoint/ Intranet website.
  • Assist with technical training of end-users on software applications.
  • Document and maintain functions and duties in Bank standard format.
  • Be on call after hours and on weekends, as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Work Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with after-hour coverage expected for planned and unplanned implementations and emergencies

Work Environment
The job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, and document scanners.
