Essential Functions
- Maintain documentation of standard configuration for software applications
- Upgrade installed software for bank servers.
- Maintain and support the technical aspects of our help desk and call database.
- Troubleshoot and repair server application operations.
- Maintain network user accounts and sharing privileges.
- Document and track asset information for application software.
- Facilitate purchasing of approved network-related equipment and software.
- Work with our multiple vendors, as needed.
- Support Voice over IP communications network technical needs.
- Assist with anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-malware and network security updates.
- Administer the SharePoint/ Intranet website.
- Assist with technical training of end-users on software applications.
- Document and maintain functions and duties in Bank standard format.
- Be on call after hours and on weekends, as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Work Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with after-hour coverage expected for planned and unplanned implementations and emergencies
