Level 3 Desk Support Engineer -
Looking at Junior candidates who are willing to learn and grow.
Must have: - Financial Experience with STEADY experience and not a Job Hopper. Need Linkedin URL as well.
- Basic networking (understand the purpose of the network hardware)
- Windows AD environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, joining machines to a domain)
- Windows Desktop support (Win 10 and 11 – anything else is not relevant)
- Windows Package Mgmt. Understand how the software works and can be deployed (MSI’s, etc..) and Windows Updates
- Understanding of Windows Licensing (or mainly Office)
- Basic understanding of Linux admin
