Job Title: Systems Administrator

Additional Information:

  • Candidate MUST have at least 14-16 years of total IT experience
  • The selected candidate will be required to attend onsite meetings and presentations on select days throughout the month at your own expense.
  • The term for this engagement may be extended for a period not to exceed twelve months from the expiration of the State Term Contract contingent upon funding and satisfactory performance.
  • The Department may select one or more candidates for this position.
  • Candidates available immediately are preferred.

 

Project Scope:

Client is seeking qualified candidates who will assist the Office of Information Technology (OITS) in their daily operations, support, and services.

 

Roles/Responsibilities: 

  • Comprehensive understanding of OnBase architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand the functional and non-functional requirements of the application.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural designs that align with business goals.
  • Document Management: Designing and implementing document management solutions, including workflow automation and records management.
  • Customization and Development: Customizing OnBase solutions using scripting and APIs to extend functionality and integrate with other systems.
  • User Training and Support: Providing training sessions and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving technical issues, performing system diagnostics, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed technical and user documentation for OnBase configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring that the OnBase system complies with industry regulations and internal security policies.

 

Mandatory Skills: 

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. (Required)
  2. 3+ years of experience in OnBase functionalities, including document management, workflow automation, and records management.
  3. 3+ years of experience in integrating OnBase with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
  4. 3+ years of experience maintaining OnBase software, including scripting and customization, including Unity Forms, WorkView, and Custom Queries.
  5. 3+ years of experience in creating and configuring folders within the OnBase system. Proficient in organizing and categorizing documents for easy retrieval, managing folder-level security and access permissions, integrating folders with workflow processes to automate document handling, and maintaining folder structures, including archiving, deleting, and reorganizing folders as needed.
  6. 3+ years of experience in languages and scripting used in OnBase customization (e.g., C#, JavaScript, SQL).
  7. 2+ years of Experience in configuring OnBase settings, including user roles, permissions, and system parameters.
  8. 2+ years of Experience in optimizing the performance of OnBase systems and ensuring efficient operation.
  9. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  10. Ability to provide excellent customer support; meticulous quality of work and work product
