- We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Systems Administrator to manage and support our SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation and Employee Central, ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.

- Manage the daily operations and support of the SuccessFactors system, including user administration, security roles, permissions, and hierarchy management.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and best practices.
