 IT Support Engineer

Onsite in Palo Alto with occasional trips to San Francisco

 

IT Support Engineer that has experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in IT support, specifically with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software diagnostics.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for user interaction and documentation.

  • Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
