Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology disciplines (e.g., Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Medical Sciences) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supporting and delivering IT projects.
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of multiple technical disciplines including ERP (JDE), MES (Camstar), Relational Databases, LIMS, Labeling solutions, Quality systems, Infrastructure (WAN/LAN), Hosting and Storage solutions, MS Windows, Desktop computing hardware and software, and peripherals (e.g., handheld scanners).
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with frameworks like Agile and ITIL.
- Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies, including SDLC and CSV.
Experience with GxP / Manufacturing Environments:
- Project management skills in deploying major IT capabilities, especially in manufacturing/shop floor systems.
