Role- Level 2 Tech Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Respond to tickets within SLA guidelines
- Collaborate with Service Desk, Documentation, and Remote Monitoring/Management systems
- Document all steps taken for resolution
- Handle escalations for desktop, network, and server infrastructure tickets
Desired Attributes:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- MSP experience
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Domain Controllers
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and ConnectWise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Associate Degree with two years of tech support experience
