Job Description :
Client is seeking an outstanding senior UX designer to work on human interface design for our travel and event management Web application. The ideal candidate has a proven track record solving complex problems across multiple platforms. They have an eye for detail, and possesses a strong blend of interaction and visual design skills.
This person is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders and engineering team members to identify new solutions, improving existing ones, and ultimately influence product decision making.
As a contributing member of the user experience design team, this person crafts compelling experiences that meet both business and user needs — but also demonstrates a willingness to work with ambiguity, push boundaries, and act as an advocate for the user.
Key qualifications
5+ years work experience creating compelling Web user interface design
Ability to articulate design rationale and share insight into design solutions
Deep expertise of user-centered design principles
Ability to do rapid prototyping
Great written and verbal communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills, especially with business stakeholders and engineers
Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
Expertise of design tools, such as Sketch, Principle, InVision
