OCM Workday Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives related to Workday implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth transition to the new Workday system.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver effective training programs and materials to enable end-users to adopt and utilize Workday functionalities successfully.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to Workday adoption.
- Coordinate and lead communication efforts to ensure stakeholders are informed about the project's progress, changes, and upcoming milestones.
- Monitor and measure the success of change management initiatives through regular reporting and feedback collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Must have experience as an OCM Specialist and Workday, preferably with Workday implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training programs and materials.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
