Job Description:
- Candidate must have the certification in CSM.
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow platform and CSM application.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Configuring ServiceNow CSM application.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in ServiceNow scripting
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Webservices (REST and SOAP) to build and support ServiceNow Integrations.
- Should have engaged in ServiceNow Platform upgrades.
- Experience in leading offshore team in delivering.
- Experience in gathering Business Requirements and recommending right SN solutions.
- Should have completed CSM certification
- Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions.
