Question 1

How much does it cost to hire an offshore Salesforce developer through ACE Technologies?

Accepted Answer

Hiring an offshore Salesforce developer through ACE Technologies typically costs 60-70% less than hiring locally in the US, UK, or EU, with transparent flat monthly pricing per developer. Pricing covers the developer's full salary, hardware, benefits, payroll, taxes, HR management, and success support — with no separate recruitment fees or onboarding charges. The exact rate depends on seniority (mid-level developer, senior developer, or architect), specialization (Apex and LWC, CPQ, Data Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft integrations), and engagement model. We provide a detailed quote within 24 hours of your discovery call.

Question 2

How long does it take to hire a Salesforce developer with ACE?

Accepted Answer

Most clients have a fully onboarded Salesforce developer within 48 hours of their initial discovery call, thanks to our pre-vetted bench of certified Salesforce talent. The typical timeline is: Day 1 — discovery call and requirements mapping, within 24 hours — 3-5 shortlisted developer profiles delivered, within 48 hours — interviews completed and developer selected, Day 3 onward — developer onboarded into your Salesforce org and team. For highly specialized roles (for example Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce architecture), matching can take up to 5 business days.

Question 3

How do you vet Salesforce developers at ACE Technologies?

Accepted Answer

ACE vets every Salesforce developer through a multi-stage process that includes certification verification, a technical skill assessment, live coding in Apex and Lightning Web Components, a system design and data-model interview, a real-world project review, an English communication evaluation, and background verification. We look for active Salesforce credentials such as Platform Developer I and II, JavaScript Developer I, Administrator, and Application or System Architect where the role requires it. Every profile shared with you includes verified skill scores, project samples, and reference checks.

Question 4

What Salesforce skills and clouds do your developers cover?

Accepted Answer

ACE's Salesforce developers cover the full platform, including custom development in Apex (triggers, batch, queueable) and Lightning Web Components, declarative automation with Flow, and SOQL and SOSL data work. They also build integrations through REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft, and work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. On the delivery side, they are experienced with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, and GitHub Actions, along with unit testing and code-coverage best practices.

Question 5

Can I hire a Salesforce developer for a short-term project or only full-time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can hire Salesforce developers at ACE on flexible monthly contracts with no long-term lock-in. Short-term engagements (1-3 months) suit implementations, migrations, and proof-of-concept builds, medium-term engagements (3-12 months) suit full project delivery, and long-term engagements (12+ months) suit building an extended Salesforce team. Depending on your needs, we also offer Project Staffing, Build-Operate-Transfer, Hire-Train-Deploy, and Rate Card models. You can scale up, scale down, or replace developers with 30 days' notice.

Question 6

What time zones do ACE offshore Salesforce developers work in?

Accepted Answer

ACE offshore Salesforce developers work in your preferred time zone with a minimum 4-hour overlap with your team's business hours, whether your team is in the US (PST/EST), UK (GMT), EU (CET), Australia (AEST), or Asia. They join your standups, sprint planning, code reviews, and UAT sessions during your working hours, and use your tools such as Slack, Jira, and your Salesforce sandboxes. For release-critical projects or 24/7 support coverage, we can also structure follow-the-sun teams across regions.

Question 7

How do you keep our Salesforce org and data secure?

Accepted Answer

Every ACE Salesforce developer signs a comprehensive NDA and IP assignment agreement before the engagement begins, with all work product assigned 100% to your company. Developers work in your sandboxes through least-privilege profiles and permission sets, never with production admin access unless you approve it, and all work goes through your own change-management and release process. Engineer devices use endpoint encryption and VPN-only access, staff are background-verified, and we can sign custom DPAs, BAAs, or client-specific security addendums on request for regulated industries such as finance and healthcare.

Question 8

What happens if my Salesforce developer isn't the right fit?

Accepted Answer

If your Salesforce developer isn't the right fit within the first 30 days, ACE will replace them at no additional cost under our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. Simply notify your dedicated success manager, and we'll shortlist replacement candidates within 3-5 business days, with a knowledge-transfer handover so your sprint keeps moving. If you'd rather end the engagement entirely, you'll receive a refund for any unused portion of the month.
