• Implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions, leveraging features such as Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Approval Processes, Bundling, and Discount Schedules.
• Designing and developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages to enhance user experience and streamline CPQ workflows.
• Integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems using Salesforce CPQ APIs for seamless data exchange and automated pricing updates.
• Configuring Sales Cloud capabilities, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Pipeline Tracking.
• Implementing Service Cloud functionalities such as Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Macros, Service Appointments, and Work Orders to enhance customer service operations.
• Supporting Field Service Lightning (FSL) features, including scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.

The project involved setting up an Insurance Console app in Salesforce for one of the largest Insurance and Asset management companies in the Netherlands. The solution leveraged Salesforce FSC (Financial Service Cloud) license and integrated Salesforce with client’s Policy management system (Axon) and Claims management system (Guidewire).

• Set up a Lightning Application enabling users to log in and view a 360-degree view of their policies, related coverage’s, participants, and financial transactions.
• Implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Salesforce Authenticator to enhance security and enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) for seamless authentication.
• Developed and delivered solutions for REST-based web services to support Salesforce inbound integrations with external systems like Axon and Guidewire.
• Configured and implemented Salesforce CPQ features including Product Rules, Price Rules, Bundles, Discount Schedules, Approval Processes, and Quote Templates to streamline the quoting process.
• Integrated Salesforce CPQ APIs with third-party applications to enable seamless pricing, quote generation, and contract management.

This project is handling of billing and payment section. Basically, it handles all the contracts that has to be renewed and the contracts that has expired.

• Developed Renewal screens and implemented billing statement generation using DDP (an AppExchange product).
• Designed and developed custom functionalities using Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to streamline the sales and quoting process.
• Created and optimized Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to automate business workflows and enhance system efficiency.
• Developed dynamic and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building modern, reusable, and scalable UI components.
• Performed Salesforce CPQ configurations, including product bundling, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes.

This project take care of the hiring the advocates online from a Car or cab driver. This was used to create a ticket in the court for a case and getting the status of that ticket.

This is the hospital management software which handle online everything from patient admit to discharge. It is having the feature like inventory management, pharmacy management etc.

• Designed and integrated jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON for dynamic and responsive web interfaces.
• Wrote optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers using Microsoft SQL Server to handle data operations efficiently.
